Paul Davis Restoration of North Central Indiana

Quick to show up to tear my home apart. And never show back up to put my home back together. All do to a leaky dishwasher. They tore up my flooring and busted up my tile floors. Took out my cabinets. Ran fans and dehumidifiers for over 2 weeks jacking up my electric bill. During those 2 weeks, we had people coming and going in our home, on their time not ours. And random people at that makes a customer very uncomfortable. Trying to live in those conditions are horrid. After waiting 4 months for work to begin and no communication from them, to put home back together. I decided to hire another contractor to complete the work. After almost a year of my home being in shambles it's finally complete. Here are photos of what we had to live with for over 6 months, due to their incompetence. I will never recommend anyone to use their service.

Had water damage in our main bedroom and bathroom, called insurance and they sent out Paul Davis Co. Steven was our head guy, great guy. Friendly, honest and very helpful throughout the whole process. Has made sure everything was taken care of to our satisfaction and everything is fixed correctly. Highly recommend Steven and the guys out of Bremen for any of your mishaps!!

Do not use this company after a fire. If the company contacts us and makes our issues right, I will update this post. We keep getting the run around. Highly dissatisfied. EDIT** It’s been about a month since I posted this. We still cannot get anyone to call us back despite multiple attempts and them saying we will hear from someone within 24-48 hours every time we call. Corporate finally called after my husband made another attempt with them. They listened and said they will reach out to the franchise. So, we are still waiting. —We have pictures and videos showing that they did not clean items that they returned. —They charged us for things we did not even have. —They “lost” items. —Their inventory list of clothing items was not good. No pictures, vague descriptions. —Horrible Communication Very frustrating experience and I would never recommend.

Wonderful customer service and fantastic craftsmanship. Paul Davis repaired and refinished our wood floors, following water damage. They are the most beautiful floors you’ll ever see. The team was professional, knowledgeable and kept the work moving and us informed along the way. We would highly suggest them for anyone searching for a contractor.

It’s truly been a pleasure to be able to work with Paul Davis. Mike and his whole staff have been phenomenal. From the very beginning they have made our journey with dealing with our house fire much easier to handle. They are knowledgeable, very responsive, honest and trustworthy people. Highly recommend!
